The Quidam de Revel son Nabab de Rêve is the sire of Eurocommerce London, who was originally named Carembar de Muze. Gerco Schröder is the chestnut stallion’s rider. Eurocommerce London was born in 2002 on the property of Joris de Brabander in St. Niklaas, Belgium. The talented jumper’s dam is no other than Ta Belle van Sombeke (s.Chin Chin), who was a successful Grand Prix show jumper under Jos Lansink. In addition to Eurocommerce London, Ta Belle van Sombeke also produced Pikak (s.Kannan), who won the World Championship for six-year-old jumpers in Lanaken and subsequently experienced international success under Billy Twomey. Ta Belle van Sombeke is also the dam of the international show jumpers Wabelle de Muze (s.Nabab de Reve) and Casimir de la Pomme (s.Nabab de Reve). As a four-year-old, Eurocommerce London jumped clear eight times in the Belgian Classic cycle, before Gerco Schröder carefully advanced the stallion’s training. A definite highpoint in the stallion’s career is his victory last fall in the Global Champions Tour at Rio de Janeiro, where the combination was the only one to go double-clear. The practice of Stal Eurocommerce is to name their show horses after major cities. When they acquired the Nabab de Rêve son as a five-year-old, they were already looking ahead to the London Olympics, hence his sport name: Eurocommerce London.
