This powerful mare is a prime example of the famous cross of French and German bloodlines. From her Olympic-winner father, Baloubet du Rouet, Lilly has inherited limitless scope and energy: this mare seems tireless! From her mother’s side, she inherited Cento’s excellent jumping technique and good work ethic. Lilly was carefully started after we used her as ET donor to produce the remarkable Gilly Express DKS. Consequently, Lilly made her competitive debut at the Autumn Mediterranean Equestrian Tour (MET) in Spain in November of 2016, marching around 5-year-old courses with ease and confidence. She began her 6-year-old season back at the MET, this time completing serious 1.30 m courses with ease and impressing everyone (at only her second show circuit!). This is one VERY scopey horse, seemingly destined for top sport! She still has lots to learn, and we continue to work on her rideability, but she is extremely brave and willing. This is a TOP prospect for a serous professional or a patient amateur who will allow this superb mare to develop. She is sweet and friendly and loves being outside, whether in her paddock or going on trail ride.
